NWIEP Climate Change Programme
The North West Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (NWIEP) is a brand new partnership formed from the merging of the North West Centre of Excellence and the North West Improvement Network.
The Partnership
is funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government
and will work with councils from the region to deliver a three-year
strategy, which includes assisting Local Strategic Partnerships to
deliver carbon reductions.
