Fylde Low Energy Waste Project (FLOWE)
Fylde Low Waste and Energy is the brain child of Michael Jack, MP for Fylde. His aspiration is to make Fylde the most sustainable Borough in the Country plus for the borough to be the most energy efficient by 2020.
